2009 Session Calendar

All Sessions are Two-Week Segments

1. Monday, June 15th through Friday, July 3rd, 2009

2. Monday, July 6th through Friday, July 17th, 2009

3. Monday, July 20th through Friday, July 31st, 2009

· Morning start time: 9:00 a.m.

· Morning drop-offs can be made as early as 8:30 a.m. without incurring a before-care charge.  For families who do require an earlier drop-off time, before-care is available at a nominal fee. 

· Afternoon wrap-up ends between 3:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., according to age group.

· Please pick up your camper(s) before 3:45 p.m. to avoid an after-care charge.  After-care is also available every day from 3:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for families who would like to utilize this service. 

· The “Big Camp Bash” is scheduled one evening per 2-week session, and campers will not need to be picked up on that day until later in the evening (exact time TBA).

· Special activities, team-building events, messages, guest speakers, chapel messages, and Bible studies will vary between sessions.  No two sessions are the same!
